Key Accountabilities:

·       Gain knowledge of, and understand construction materials and methods, their characteristics and detailing.

·       Gain knowledge of, develop and employ all necessary engineering skills.

·       Gain knowledge, understand and ensure safe construction practice according to SHE policy.

·       Gain knowledge, understand and assist the Project Engineer to implement the structural inspection and test plans.

·       Gain knowledge, understand and assist in the promotion of Wates Action on the contract.

Manage Quality Standards required by both the company and client.
