You will be supporting the growing community of Brand Ambassadors, monitoring the quality of their responses and making sure we deliver perfect service every time. In this role, you will be supporting the growing community of Brand Ambassadors, monitoring the quality of their responses and making sure we deliver perfect service every time. You will also help complete daily, weekly and monthly reports for our clients.

Good organisational skills are essential.

A pleasant and confident telephone manner, great communication skills and ability to work well under pressure are key to the success of the role.

The right candidate will have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, be a fast learner, able to use computer systems with ease, be discreet, diplomatic and enjoy team working.

Some examples of day to day tasks to give you a flavour:

  • Day-to-day running of operations, reviewing Ambassador performance whilst working to improve overall performance and service quality at both an individual (per Brand Ambassador) and group (Community) levels
  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports identifying any key trends
  • Contribute to the delivery of our processes ensuring newly on boarded Ambassadors have the necessary information and opportunity to succeed
  • Customer Support
  • Answer incoming phone calls and record details and/or take and pass on messages
  • Performing general administrative duties
  • Ensure up to date information is recorded
  • Ensure effective communications
  • Follow up calls
  • Organise meetings
  • Carry out any other duties as reasonably requested

  • We need an apprentice that can speak Japanese
  • If your application is successful and you are short listed you will have a ‘Speed Date’ call with the employer to assess suitability, which if successful you will be invited for a face-to-face interview

  • Be enrolled on an apprenticeship
