Apprenticeship summary

Duties will include:

  • Database management, implementation and reporting
  • Data entry (adding notes to spreadsheets on main issues, price changes, stock issues and problematic suppliers)
  • Full responsibility in updating internal systems used by various departments
  • Tracking and updating details onto the company’s Trello board
  • Taking leadership on new clients provided by the Sales Team
  • Spot checking suppliers’ listings and communicating any errors encountered
  • Building relationships with relevant suppliers, monitoring orders and handling enquiries via telephone and email
  • Assist the LCB Team in processing orders and providing weekly stock reports
  • Assisting the Senior Account Manager and Account Executives in generating reports for clients
  • Keep abreast of new industry technologies and trends within the wine industry
  • Creating on the job training material
