An opportunity has arisen with British Fashion Council. You will be assisting the Digital Marketing department with the smooth running of the office.

Apprenticeship summary
Duties will include:
- Supporting the team by maintaining working project plans and asset timelines
- Updating critical paths and schedules
- Collating content, approvals and artworking via email and telephone
- Proof reading and cross checking
- Creating presentations for internal and external use
- Distributing official logo artworks and brand guidelines to third parties, ensuring best use
- Organising photography schedules and archiving
- Requesting and managing photographer accreditation for access to catwalk shows
- Monitoring printed collateral and maintaining stock levels during events
- General office admin - booking couriers, mail merges, filing content on the server etc

- Strong communicator, both verbally and in written form
- Organised, calm and employs a methodical approach to work in a busy, high-pressure environment

- Computer literate including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
- Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) skills also preferable
