We are seeking to appoint one Finance Assistant to join our Organization. Reporting to the CEO, you will take ownership of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Management Accounts, Productivity reports, and Payroll processes. You will also our Sales team to validate Bids and Bill matrixes. This is a great opportunity allowing you to combine work, study, and training. Through an apprenticeship, you gain the technical knowledge, practical experience, and wider skill you need for your immediate job and future career.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the CEO, your role will be to assist with a wide variety of tasks including:

  • Accounts payable invoicing
  • Payment runs
  • Supplier queries
  • Bank reconciliations
  • General ledger reconciliations
  • Management of cash balances
  • Expense reconciliations
  • Ad hoc analysis
  • Assisting with projects in running billing and timesheet reports
  • Running staff payroll and expenses
  • Annual wage

    £19,000.00
