Main Duties:
- Answering the telephone
- Making patients appointments
- Dealing with administration tasks
- Booking for tests
- Completing patient support tasks
- Passing messages in a timely manner
- Using electronic clinical systems
- Photocopying
- Support patients accessing health care
- Support Management and staff
- General administration and office support

We will be interviewing candidates who meet the criteria as they apply and will recruit after a successful interview which may be before the closing date.
Reality Check:
You will be responsible for your travel expenses to and from your place of work. Therefore, you must have the means to get to your place of work on a daily basis whilst waiting for your first wages to be paid.
Travel Information:
Both Thanet loop buses and railway are fairly close to the surgery and could be used for travel. Westgate railway station is a 2 min walk.
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
