Apprenticeship summary

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

  • Maintaining and developing price and product maintenance templates for our Customers online ordering portals using Excel and basic SQL
  • Maintaining and developing internal sales toolkits using Customer, Product and Sales data using Excel and our reporting tool Qlik
  • Working closely with Finance to understand existing and develop new reporting tools, using Qlik, Sage and Excel
  • Involvement in working closely with our Qlik partners on new report developments for both Sales and Finance
  • Tracking and management of our IT system user permissions, setting up new users and removing company leavers
  • IT asset management tracking

Requirements and prospects

Desired Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and diligence on tasks
  • Good knowledge of data analysis - charts, pivot tables, statistics
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics (certification) 
  • Interest and knowledge of UK TV entertainment industry
  • Interest and knowledge in Product & Apps design
  • Good to have: Customer Service/Support experience, knowledge of Jira, Zendesk or other support/ticketing tools
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
