What is the working environment like?

We have a great team that work in a clean shop and are fabulous with the customers. Our customers are curious and knowledgeable about our product and the team are experts in talking about coffee. The shop is big and airy and has good lighting. The GM will look after the training and support for the new curator.

Main duties / responsibilities include:

  • Serving great quality and correct coffee to the customer, being a great salesperson
  • Keeping the shop clean and organized in its entirety
  • Prepping and serving food
  • The Curator deals with the customer through their entire journey, ensuring their experience and product received are perfect every time. This includes making coffees, making and serving food, understanding the entire range of coffee, cleaning and other duties
  • Preparing and serving food and coffee, discussing and selling coffee beans to customers, cleaning and organiSing the shop, working as part of a team to ensure success
  • Support with sales, cleaning, and being a part of the team
  • Weekly wage

    £157.50
